Don’t rush into sitting in the Clairvoyance System for an extended period of time.
Once you’re a bit acclimated to sitting in the Clairvoyance System without being moved along at a pace I set for you, it would be useful to pause the recording and sit for longer periods of time. I suggest you wait to do so for at least 3 or 4 go rounds with the mp3, possibly more.
I’ll only have you sitting in the system for 3 or 4 minutes. You’ll be drawing from your day-to-day energy to do so, and there’s no telling how much of your energy it will use. Self-care is just that, regulated and managed by you.
