New Form, More Data
I’m hoping like crazy that you’ve taken the importance of Session Notes to heart from your participation in the Astral program. It’s important for legal purposes, sure, but honestly I haven’t ever had any practitioners sued in the years I’ve been teaching.
More importantly the Session Notes help you track and manage a case. That’s important business! If you’re not tracking case progression, how will you know (or remember) when a specific client has mastered a skill or has moved beyond an issue, or had a relapse in behavior or in their physical healing?
There’s a new template for Session Notes. As with the Case Intake form, I’m not attached to the form and your use of it, I’m attached to you taking comprehensive notes that help you track your client cases and evolve treatment strategies appropriately.
