If I purchase an online course and I decide to withdraw, what are the refund and cancellation policies?

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no activity within the course has been completed. Refunds are not given for partially or fully completed online courses.

What if I sign up for a class and need to cancel before it begins?

There are no start dates for any courses at Energy Healing Institute. All courses are fully online, always available. Thus, the only refund that is possible is within 24 hours of purchasing the course, provided that no part of the course has been accessed or completed.
