See that Image? That’s a Money Plant

It’s one of my favorite plants. I almost always have one in my house — not because of the money part, but because I love the shape of the plant, and the texture of the leaves.

You know me well enough to know that I love to laugh, so the image of the woman meditating over the money plant was a fun one for me. (No need to do this at home!)

But you know what else? I have passive income that supports my lifestyle. And I want you to have it, too. I chose the money plant as both a reference to money, and as a visual lead in to growing your income organically and passively.

EHI’s Affiliate Program for Courses

Passive income is on my mind. For you. And for me.

Affiliate Programs provide income to both the Affiliate (that’s you) and the organization creating the Affiliate Program (EHI).

The theory is that loyal fans of a product, such as an EHI Course, will share their love of the Course to those with whom they come in contact (your clients, your email list, perhaps friends, family and colleagues). When sharing the Course information, you provide a link to EHI’s Course Page that is tied specifically to you. The link you provide tracks purchases referred by you and provides a payment for each course sold.

Swipe Copy

Along with your Affiliate Link, you receive Swipe Copy – copy you can download, with images and text that you can use for marketing purposes.

Where might you use Swipe Copy?

  • emails to your list
  • one-off emails to clients, colleagues or friends who might benefit from a specific course, like the Mind-Body-Energy Connection course or Bodacious Beliefs, or CLEAR.

Do you have to use the Swipe Copy?

  • Swipe Copy makes your task lighter – simply paste the copy into your mailing list software or your one-off email, adding your affiliate link before sending the email.
  • Or you can use the Swipe Copy as a starting point and edit it to suit your clients and their interests and needs, and your brand.

Will new courses be included in the Affiliate Program?

If new courses are added to the Evolve Personally section of EHI’s website they will be automatically included in your Affiliate Program portfolio. You’ll have first notice of their availability so that you’re primed and ready to share them with your community.

How will your clients purchase EHI courses?

You’ll have one link that you’ll use for promoting course sales. No matter what course a client buys – or how many courses they buy – or how often they buy – if they use your link, you’ll receive 25% of the revenue.

Depending on your marketing campaign and strategy, you can modify your link to promote the entire EHI course page, or target one specific course. The Affiliate software shows you how to do this.

How do you get paid?

EHI uses Stripe and ApplePay for commission payouts, integrated with WooCommerce, EHI’s shopping cart application. The Affiliate software does all the work. When your client buys a course using your affiliate link, WooCommerce tracks the affiliate income, and Stripe or ApplePay disperses the funds so they land in your bank account. No fuss, no muss!

Are EHI practitioner programs included in the Affiliate Program?

No. There is no plan to incorporate the practitioner programs into the Affiliate Program for the foreseeable future. The practitioner programs require interviews and applications to join. It’s possible that a referral you make would not be accepted into the program. It could create bad will for you to have a referral rejected, so we’re not planning to integrate the practitioner programs into the mix at this time.

What can go wrong?

Your clients need to use your Affiliate link for you to receive payment.
Simply ensure that you provide your clients, colleagues, family and friends with your affiliate link to purchase courses on EHI’s website – it’s one link used with every course and every client.

Commissions will be recovered from your account should a client cancel their purchase.
EHI’s cancellation policy for online courses is 24 hours. I generally have 1-2 cancellations/year, so this is not a measurable concern.

Beyond Passive Income

There are other benefits to the Affiliate Program for EHI courses.

  • Client retention is important in any client practice. When a client buys a course from EHI, they’re deepening their commitment to their work with you.
  • If your clients struggle with understanding how their beliefs impact their reality, or how the Mind-body-energy connection works, then you can point them to the courses on EHI’s site to help them anchor in to themselves more deeply. You’re fostering their autonomy while supporting their evolution.
  • If your clients have difficult behavioral patterns such as reactivity, lack of boundaries, caretaking, empathic sensitivity and flooding, difficulty in their relationships, the Nugget Bundle has actionable protocols for resolving those issues.
  • If your clients need tools for resolving behavioral patterns, go-to emotions, themes that keep them from thriving, the CLEAR course provides solid resources for moving the needle in the energy body – and energy is the foundation of all of our limiting thoughts, behaviors and patterns!
  • If you want to be able to offer tools to your clients, but you can’t add teaching time to your sessions, or don’t enjoy teaching skills, directing them to the CLEAR course ensures that your clients have the tools that support their evolution beyond their high value work with you.
  • Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Your clients may offer your Affiliate link to friends and colleagues who become clients, and even if they don’t enter your practice, you’ll earn income on the courses they purchase.
  • EHI always gets rave reviews on our courses. We rarely receive less than a 5-star review. Our courses will reflect well on you and your practice.

Your Next Steps


Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’re all set. You’ll have your Affiliate Link and access to the swipe copy in EHI’s Google Drive for you to download. It’s as simple as that!
