I’m going to make a few suggestions about how to proceed with this exercise.
- It’s best (energetically) to sit up while you run this energy flow
- Place your feet flat on the floor
- Let your arms and legs be uncrossed and open
- Close your eyes, so you can direct your energy inward
- Take a few centering breaths before listening to the recording
