Take a breath – take a moment.

Before you hit the play button on the video, give a thought to a belief you’d like to evolve. We all have beliefs that impact our joy, our sense of wellbeing, our ability to be present and clear.

Pick one. Know that it may have tendrils to other beliefs. But start with one. Make a commitment to yourself that you’re going to work on THIS ONE BELIEF for a while. Energy is iterative, so sinking into the work, doing the meditation several times a week, week after week, observing how things shift – ever so subtly or powerfully – is the way forward.
