It will be interesting to track your progression with your issue or concern. What is shifting in your awareness? In your emotions? In your physical body? How did you feel about this issue or concern when you began interacting with your Healing Guide? How do you feel about it now?
As previously, record your questions and insights you’d like to dialogue about with your Healing Guide prior to each channeling session. And in this assignment, always receive energy healing with the support of your Healing Guide.
The goal is three-fold:

- Receive guidance and healing energies to support your healing and evolution
- Develop a set of experiences that you can bring to the live Q&A so that you’re an active participant and we can learn from you.
