A Quick Question
When you want to create something for yourself, how do you keep your goal front and center?
How do you anchor into the idea?
How do you make sure your energy flows toward what you want instead of what you don’t want?
Ok, that was three questions! But I’ve got one concise answer:
You craft and hold a powerful intention.
The Power of Intention – Your True North
At EHI we talk a lot about manifestation. Helping our clients and interested learners create fulfilling, expansive lives is what gets us out of bed each day!
We love providing energy tools, clearing skills and protocols to help you align your energy with what you want to create.
It could be a new job, a supportive and loving relationship, a clearer sense of self, or better health. We want what you want. The sky’s the limit!
Being who you truly are means aligning your compass with your goals. An intention serves as both the catalyst to creation, and the magnet to keep you oriented to your true north.
An intention lives with you as you undertake each step of achieving and manifesting your goal or idea. It’s not a one-and-done: you continually return to it as you navigate your life and its experiences.
Truth is, continually focusing on your desire to evolve and experience your life is a huge part of your spiritual being.
‘Our intention is everything. Nothing happens on this planet without it. Not one single thing has ever been accomplished without intention.’

Unconsciously Held Intentions
Being intentional is about being conscious. When people start down the manifestation path, sometimes something unexpected gets unearthed. Sometimes what is uncovered is an overriding unconscious intention that is in direct opposition to what is wanted.
For example, wanting and finding a new job is a common intention that EHI practitioners work on with their clients. But sometimes what gets unearthed is a larger unconscious belief that a new job isn’t deserved. “I don’t deserve to have the job I want” emerges as a closely held belief, therefore it’s challenging (impossible?) to get from A to B.
‘Whether you think you can or you can’t, either way, you are right.’
Source: Henry Ford
Awareness of and reframing unconscious intentions is crucial to manifesting what is desired. Who wants to create what they don’t want??
“I am working in the job that utilizes my skills and fills me with joy” is a consciously held intention. When you hold something in conscious awareness it has the ability to bring to awareness what you hold unconsciously. As you clear the unconsciously held energy of feeling undeserving, unworthy your conscious intention can supersede the old story, and you can manifest the job that you want.
EHI Practitioner Training and Intentions
Intention is so important that EHI practitioners are given a series of lessons on how to work with intention for themselves and their clients. Our practitioners are taught that they have a responsibility to anchor and organize the client’s work around a powerful intention that they both hold together. Intentions evolve over time as goals are met, and new goals are created.
