- Place your feet flat on the floor, seated comfortably in a chair
- Let your arms and legs be uncrossed and open
- Or, if you’re sitting on the floor, cross-legged is fine
- Close your eyes, so you can direct your energy inward
- Take a few centering breaths before listening to the recording
