  • feet flat on the floor
  • legs, arms & hands uncrossed and open
  • breathe a bit, sink in
  • use your hands to sense for Rips, Tears & Holes
  • you can rotate your Aura from back to front to get a sense of the entire Auric field – just imagine it, and the rotation will occur!
