You know the drill:
- feet flat on the floor
- legs, arms & hands uncrossed and open
- breathe a bit, sink in
- use your hands to sense for Rips, Tears & Holes
- you can rotate your Aura from back to front to get a sense of the entire Auric field – just imagine it, and the rotation will occur!
