Schwoo! Aren’t you glad you’re ready to find new levels of resilience? Because really – there’s no time like now to get a handle on this concept!

I’m looking forward to being with you for our 2-hour workshop, to get grounded in a few energy principles, and learn the Emotional Resilience Protocol.

If you know anything about what EHI offers to its consciously curious participants, energy clearing is a key aspect of evolution. Energy is who we are and how we do our lives. Whatever we’re holding that is inauthentic, out of current time, or belongs to someone else, diminishes our ability to be present and operate through autonomous, conscious awareness.

At the end of the day, energy clearing is about autonomy, sovereignty and presence. Resilience happens in the moment – it’s a state of being, not a pipe dream! What keeps us from being resilient is the junk in our trunk. The stories and material from other times and places – healed and unhealed stories, wounds – they can both impact us. When the energy of that healed or unhealed story is in our field, we’re likely to be triggered and activated into reactivity instead of presence and conscious choice.

Let’s get to work! Let’s cultivate resilience. Because heaven knows, there’s lots going on in our world that demands, requires and needs our presence and conscious choice!

    I enjoyed today’s class. For me, it was a reminder to be mindful of my energy. I can find myself at the end of the day feeling like I was hit by a truck and then realize I didn’t refresh my grounding cord or care for my chakras during the day. It also gave me hope. Yes, their are others in the world that give a sh*t and are working hard to solve our current predicaments. And together we can make positive changes.
