Please download and listen to the mp3 recordings of the Clearing Karma meditations. There are two meditations, one for Karma that is perceived as discs in the Aura. The other meditation is for Karma that is perceived as waves.
You may need to listen to both to know which way Karma shows up for you. Remember, it’s one or the other, not both!
